An International competition winner, Tzu-yi holds degrees from the Paris Conservatory and the National Karlsruhe Music University in Germany, and earned an Artist Diploma from Columbus State University in Georgia. Her home base is Washington, D.C. where she is working toward a doctorate at the University of Maryland.
